Ordering and payment

  • Prices are shown in South African Rand.
  • The payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout.
  • Credit options are subject to the provider's approval and terms.

Shipping and delivery

  • Standard shipping is included within South Africa.
  • Orders are processed through our China and Hong Kong fulfilment partner network.
  • Processing normally takes 1–3 days.
  • Average transit after dispatch is 5–15 business days.
  • To find all available shipping methods and exact delivery times, add the product to your cart and check using our shipping calculator.
  • Any item may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees unless the selected shipping method at checkout explicitly states that these charges are included. Where they are not included, the courier may contact you to collect the applicable charges before delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is sent after the carrier accepts the parcel. Orders may also be viewed through the customer account portal.

Returns, refunds and warranties

  • All returns require prior authorisation.
  • Start a request through the Returns Centre.
  • Do not send products to the administrative office.
  • Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • PMC TechLife arranges reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects and fulfilment errors.
